A little bit about Tri-State Home Inspections:
Tri-State Home Inspections Inc. is owned and operated by Joseph and Patricia Griffin. For the past twenty yrs. they have both been actively involved in real estate development, restoration, and property inspection.
As the former owners of Griffin Home Restorations, Joe and Pat have restored multiple homes in New Hampshire, which eventually led them to expand into the Real Estate Inspection business.
Their unique insight (homes from the inside out) and knowledge quickly led them to become one of NH's most well respected Home Inspection businesses.
Joe has personally performed over three thousand property inspections with the company, and as a business, Tri-State Home Inspections Inc. has performed over 15,000 since it's inception in 1988.
