Two Chefs Catering and Event Planning Provides Food for Your Soul

"The people who give you their food, give you their heart." This quote from Cesar Chavez, featured on the Two Chefs Catering website, sums up their approach.

The business has grown in the best possible way, through word of mouth advertising Tara Kerrigan Cucchiara said, who handles event coordination and sales.

"Our food is consistent in quality and taste, which is one of the reasons our business has grown," she said, "Most of our clients come to us because they attended one of our events, they got our name from a friend or venue, or saw our positive reviews online. Our reputation is based on food but it also based on another main component: our customer service."

The catering service travels to locations all over the Merrimack Valley region, Maine, Cape Cod, and greater Boston. The expert chefs can handle kinds of events, from black tie galas to summer outings, and from cocktail parties to intimate dinners for two.

"We are an off premise caterer so we go where the party is," Cucchiara said, "We cater at private residences, venues, churches, parks, and everywhere in between. We can help you with contracting other vendors, such as rental, bar service, and bakers."

The extensive menu offers standard American fare as well as other cuisines, and can be customized for each event. Menus tend to reflect the diversity of the clientele and vary according to the needs, wants, and ethnicity of the clients. Two Chefs specialities include such items as braised boneless short ribs and chicken picatta, but there are no limits to what can be on the menu. The chefs are even willing to try your own family recipe from grandma, Cucchiara says. Menus can also accommodate all kinds of dietary concerns and allergies.

For clients who need help with more than catering,Two Chefs has a list of vendors and venues. They can provide everything from linen rentals and floral arrangements to DJs and valet parking. Favorite venues vary from the old world charm of the Stevens Estate in North Andover MA to a rustic renovated barn at the Willow Springs Vineyards in Haverhill.

Employees are treated like family and their happiness at work is reflected in the service. The Two Chefs philosophy is simple. The day is all about the clients and the event should feel right to them.

"I like to say that Two Chefs is food for your soul," Cucchiara said, "It's corny I know, but also true. So yes we make really delicious food, but it's the extra personal care that our clients receive that makes Two Chefs Stand out."
