How many storage units does your company own?

Our company owns four facilities across Southern New Hampshire, located in Amherst, Nashua, Pembroke and Derry.

Number of units by location:

  • Amherst: 500 (combination climate and non-climate)
  • Nashua: 365 (all non-climate controlled)
  • Pembroke: 360 (combination climate and non-climate)
  • Derry: Currently has about 200 units with plans to add on another 300 units. (combination climate and non-climate)

Do they all cost the same price, and if not, what makes their price change?

Our storage unit prices vary depending on size, which ranges from a 5'x5' to 10'x30'. We also provide climate-controlled units that offer extra protection against extreme temperatures during the summer and winter.

What are some reasons homeowners may need a storage unit?

There are many reasons homeowners can use a storage unit. If a homeowner needs to store excess furniture or boxes, if they are moving to a new home and need storage between moves, or even just to reduce clutter within their homes. We also offer car storage, outdoor RV and boat storage as well as seasonal "toys" including snowmobiles and jet-skis.

What sort of security is present on your site to ensure the safety of the items stored?

Each of our facilities has the latest technology and security cameras that run 24 hours a day to protect our storage units. Some locations even have a gate that closes after business hours, so customers can safely access their belongings 24/7 with their individualized security code. Your mind will be at ease whether you are storing your belongings for just a short period or for long-term storage.

Do you recommend homeowners storing valuable products within the storage units?

Yes we recommend homeowners to store their valuables in our storage units. With our 24 hour security system and on-site managers at their respective locations at least 6 days a week, customers' valuables are as safe, if not safer than in their own home. We provide rock solid security for your peace of mind!
